Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Definitions

• "Client" means any individual or entity engaging our services.
• "Services" refers to security services (guards, patrols, CCTV) and digital marketing.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and any related proposal or SOW.
• "Deliverables" means any reports, marketing assets, or security plans provided.

2. Scope of Services

1. Security Services:
   • Armed & unarmed guard deployment
   • Mobile patrols & rapid response
   • CCTV installation & 24/7 monitoring
   • Event & VIP protection
2. Digital Marketing:
   • PPC & display ad campaigns
   • SEO audits & content strategy
   • Social media management
   • Email & CRM automation

3. Fees & Payment

• Security: Custom quotes; 50% advance, balance on completion.
• Marketing: Monthly retainers invoiced in advance; ad spend billed separately.
• Late Payment: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

1. Deliverables provided per agreed schedule.
2. Client review period of 7 days; revisions must be requested in writing.
3. If no feedback, deliverables are deemed accepted.

5. Refund Policy

• Security Services:
  • Full refund if canceled within 5 business days of engagement and no deployment begun.
  • No refunds post-deployment or during active monitoring.
• Marketing Services:
  • Pro‑rated refund if cancellation submitted before midpoint of billing cycle.
  • No refund for ad spend already executed.

6. Intellectual Property

Bombay Security retains IP in methodologies and tools. Upon full payment, client acquires rights to all custom deliverables.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability is capped at fees paid for the specific services. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law. Disputes to be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Amendments

We may revise these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes by email; continued use implies acceptance.
